TSE diploma presidente e vice-presidente da República eleitos em 2018

Ministra Rosa Weber entrega diploma de presidente eleito a Jair Bolsonaro

Em sessão solene realizada na tarde desta segunda-feira (10), a presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), ministra Rosa Weber, fez a entrega dos diplomas aos candidatos eleitos à Presidência da República nas Eleições Gerais 2018, Jair Bolsonaro e Hamilton Mourão. Realizada no Plenário do TSE, a cerimônia de diplomação confirma que os escolhidos pelos eleitores cumpriram todas as formalidades previstas na legislação eleitoral e estão aptos a tomar posse nos mandatos para os quais foram eleitos.

Na mesa de honra da sessão solene Bolsonaro e Mourão sentaram-se à direita da presidente da Corte, que esteve acompanhada, à sua esquerda, do vice-presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), ministro Luiz Fux. Também compuseram a mesa a procuradora-geral Eleitoral, Raquel Dodge, os presidentes da Câmara de Deputados, Rodrigo Maia, do Senado Federal, Eunício Oliveira, do Conselho Federal da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB), Claudio Lamachia, e ministros do TSE. 

Após a execução do Hino Nacional pela Banda dos Fuzileiros Navais, a ministra Rosa Weber leu e entregou os diplomas que atestam que, no dia 28 de outubro deste ano, os candidatos pela Coligação Brasil Acima de Tudo, Deus Acima de Todos (PSL/PRTB) foram eleitos presidente e vice-presidente da República do Brasil. A chapa recebeu 57.797.847 (55,13%) do total de votos válidos. Com a entrega dos documentos, os eleitos estão habilitados à investidura nos cargos perante o Congresso Nacional em 1º de janeiro de 2019, nos termos da Constituição Federal.

Em seguida, o presidente eleito Jair Bolsonaro proferiu o seu discurso de diplomação e a ministra Rosa Weber falou em nome do TSE, órgão máximo da Justiça Eleitoral, que exerce papel fundamental na garantia da democracia brasileira.

Cerca de 500 convidados assistiram à cerimônia no Plenário do Tribunal. Prestigiaram a solenidade juízes, procuradores, advogados, desembargadores dos Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais (TREs), ministros do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), do Superior Tribunal Militar (STM) e do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST), conselheiros do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), comandantes das Forças Armadas, ministros do Poder Executivo, parlamentares, familiares e amigos dos diplomados.

Cerimônia de diplomação

A Justiça Eleitoral realiza a solenidade de diplomação dos eleitos desde 1951, quando Getúlio Vargas retornou à Presidência da República por meio do voto popular. Suspensa durante o regime militar (1964 a 1985), a cerimônia voltou a ser realizada após a redemocratização do país, em 1989, com a eleição de Fernando Collor de Mello.

Nas eleições presidenciais, cabe ao TSE realizar a diplomação dos eleitos, em cerimônia que acontece no Plenário da Corte.

Conforme estabelece o parágrafo único do artigo 215 da Lei nº 4.737/1965 (Código Eleitoral), as seguintes informações deverão constar nos diplomas: o nome do candidato; a indicação da legenda do partido político ou da coligação pela qual o candidato concorreu; o cargo para o qual foi eleito ou a sua classificação como suplente; e, facultativamente, outros dados a critério da Justiça Eleitoral. O documento emitido deverá apresentar código de autenticidade gerado pelo Sistema de Candidaturas após o registro da diplomação.

A box with a dead baby was found among the belongings of a deceased woman in the English town of Northallerton, reports The Independent.

The discovery was made by her children, who were cleaning the house after her mother died. They found a package with the mummified remains of a newborn boy inside a box.

A DNA analysis confirmed that the deceased was the baby's mother and her ex-husband, whom she married in 1968, was the father. The man claimed not to know about the dead boy or his wife's pregnancy. His children also did not know of the existence of a deceased older brother.

Lawyer John Broadbridge has announced that this is the saddest case of his 25-year career.

"It is tragic, extremely tragic and terribly sad that your mother had to keep this secret," Broadbridge told the children of the deceased.

US warns Russia about risk of new incidents in Syria's airspace

Wenn Josefine Staats recht hat, kann Kappaphycus-Rotalgen ein wahrer Umwelterlöser sein - zumindest wenn es um Plastik geht.

"Algen brauchen keinen Boden zum Wachsen. Sie brauchen keine Dünger oder Pestizide und sie wachsen schnell", sagt der Berliner Unternehmer. Staats führt ein Naturkostunternehmen und will aus Algen Biokunststoff machen.

Der Vorteil ist, dass aus Algen hergestellte Biokunststoffe ohne Erdöl genauso normal aussehen und biologisch abbaubar sind, erklärt Staats.

Der Berliner ist nicht der erste, der die Idee von Kunststoffen auf Algenbasis in einer Zeit fördert, in der dringend geeignete Alternativen für herkömmliche Kunststoffe benötigt werden.

Der Großteil der jährlich mehr als 300 Millionen Tonnen auf Erdöl basierenden Rohstoffe belastet die Umwelt. Die Internationale Energieagentur (IEA) schätzt, dass die Ölmenge, die zur Herstellung dieses gesamten Kunststoffs verwendet wird, von 12 Millionen Barrel pro Jahr im Jahr 2017 auf 18 Millionen Barrel pro Jahr bis 2050 steigen wird.

Nur weil ein Beutel aus Biokunststoff besteht, heißt das nicht, dass er nicht im Meer schwimmt. Je nach Material kann der Beutel zu Hause leicht kompostierbar, nur unter den richtigen Bedingungen biologisch abbaubar sein oder er kann sich sogar so langsam wie herkömmliche Kunststoffe zersetzen. Der Abbau kann bis zu 600 Jahre dauern.

Außerdem benötigen Kulturen wie Mais und Zuckerrohr, die zur Herstellung von Biokunststoffen verwendet werden, große Mengen an Boden und Düngemitteln, die den Boden schädigen und zu weniger Flächen für den Anbau von Nahrungsmitteln führen können.

Derzeit haben Recyclingunternehmen und örtliche Behörden nicht die Möglichkeit, viele Biokunststoffe mit unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften und unterschiedlichen Entsorgungsmethoden zu verarbeiten. Viele von ihnen werden verbrannt.

"Die meisten Biokunststoffe erhalten keinen Kompost", sagt Krüger und fügt hinzu, dass die meisten Kompostierungsanlagen Biokunststoffe als "kontaminierendes" Material kennzeichnen. Deshalb sind Produkte wie organische Müllsäcke aus kompostierbarem Kunststoff immer noch keine echte Lösung.

Unternehmer wie Staats wollen sich auf ihre Algenalternativen vorbereiten, wenn Unternehmen an die Haustür klopfen. Die Berlinerin erwartet auch, dass ihr Startup mit einem Entwicklungsprojekt in Sri Lanka erweitert wird.
